Description The purpose of this document is to provide procedures to ensure that NAEM are not exposed to significant risks whilst carrying out their job and assists with the compliance of the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999. The document also provides a common standard regarding the types of welfare facilities that should be considered as good practice. The need to assess the risk for NAEM is a legal requirement.
